Request / [N64] Banjo-Tooie - "Hag 1"

I like the arrangement of this piece, but the lower part isn't straight quarter notes. It's a hit on 1, the and of 2, and 4 every first measure, then every second measure is the same without the hit on 4. If someone can fix this, I would much appreciate it.
