Oh fuck you guys, Zelda music is boring and has been done too many times.  Mario is fine, but there are only like 2 or 3 good songs per game.

Banjo, without a freaking doubt.

It has every element needed to win this contest:
 - Good songs.
 - Plenty of good songs.
 - A similar style to each song, with each of them still being unique. Additionally, its music is concentrated to fewer games, instead of being spread over decades like Mario and Zelda.
 - Banjo transcribes well to piano.
 - Banjo's music is universal in quality. If Mario or Zelda were chosen, there would be contest over the popular, "good" songs (AKA Overworld), where in Banjo, people would spread out evenly.
 - Grant Kirkhope will eat your babies if you don't vote for Banjo.

Seriously, guys.

Basically what I said if I were to actually try and put a solid point across.

Okay well, whatever the votes are by tomorrow when I check, that's going to be the game series.  : D

Also, don't fret, we'll be doing a few of these videos hopefully, so we'll cover multiple games.  This is just for the first one.

lol, I have a chance of being flamed:

Banjo-Kazooie Mario Paint-Piano Medley/Playlist:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WUip_NAyQ1k&feature=PlayList&p=151E466E64D5E9F3&index=0

and for anyone who says MPC isn't "readable", there's a pretty clear treble clef at the beginning through the  whole song's playthrough.

Stop posting off topic crap.  We're not doing Mario Paint, we're not doing medleys.  Get your own topic.

I'd like to participate, if I can find some time to play the piano.

I thought the point was to make a medley of a series/game? And I only put up that playlist as a suggestion of a Banjo-Kazooie medley.

The point is to get a series of videos of NSMers performing pieces from a game/series.

I'm for Touhou, but only until we get enough sheets to do it.

Until then, Kirby.

Dammit, don't waste your vote on something that can't win.

Also, most Kirby songs are impossible/incredibly hard to transcribe correctly to piano.

They raise some really good points. Is there any way I can get my vote changed from Zelda to Banjo?

As far as I can tell, Concerto can either totally remove all votes or just see your post and keep a tally in his head/first post.

I've been able to do some correctly.
