Arrangement queries!

A topic for things you want to ask about the arrangements your learning! Whoever's in charge of this whole thing should answer the questions people have! :D

With repeating songs, what's the go? Should we play them through twice and end at the repeat sign or play them through and make a fine somewhere that sounds good the second time 'round? Example: Market could be played through twice and ended after the frist 8 or 16 bars.

Or maybe have some sort of short final note somewhere in the second loop???
By the way, can I throw the Boss Clear theme on after my dino boss? (Yes, I did arrange it. (link coming soon))
Basically, how should I finish the dino boss and can I throw the "Boss Clear" on the end?

Is it okay to use our own judgement in terms of rubato/ phrasing, even if this makes it slightly different from the original? Sheik's Theme has a lot of rubato anyways, but I like using it for Serenade of Water as well.
